Our House Rules
Reservations are not required, but we greatly appreciate it when groups call in advance to let us know they are coming out. Without a reservation, unreserved tables will be available on a first come first served basis. We will have scheduled our staff the Monday before the current week, so letting us know before then is best, but any advance notice is helpful to us.
We do have group friendly options available from both the Elation Kitchen Event Menu and Bakehouse Pizza Menu. A formal reservation is required to make a pre-order, as we need to ensure there is space to stage the food.
If an event would prefer to have their guests order food individually, guests may do so at the bar on the day of the event.
Should an event prefer outside catering, we would charge an additional Outside Catering Fee.
We do charge an hourly rate for reservations. The amount of the fee depends on the time of the day, the day of the week, and the size of the party. We also add a guaranteed 20% service fee to group tabs that go towards gratuity for our staff.
We do offer full rentals of the venue. The price of the rental depends on the start time of your event, the length of the event, the day of the week, and the size of the party. After sharing your details with the Event Coordinator, he can provide a quote for the rental.
We may not book private events during Thursday Night Trivia or other Elation-run events including but not limited to Karaoke, Open Mic, Trivia, or certain live music events, depending on the circumstances. Please fill out the form with your ideal date and time and rest assured that we will figure out the best way to accommodate your request!
Children are allowed at the brewery! To ensure the safety of children, as well as our staff and other patrons, parents or guardians must attend to and closely supervise their children at all times within the brewery premises.
Well behaved dogs are certainly allowed at the brewery, though they do need to be on a leash at all times.
We offer a selection of our own delicious beers, as well as a small variety of guest beverages, that are charged per drink.
We offer a rotating selection of wine, cider, ready-to-drink cocktails in a can, and canned mead.
We stock a variety of NA beers, sodas, San Pellegrino, and juice boxes.
Glitter, confetti, tinsel, or any like-product are strictly prohibited. That includes balloons with confetti in them. We are also currently disallowing helium-filled balloons, as they continually get lost and then stuck in our ceiling fans. Banners and other signage must be pre-approved by the owner. Table centerpieces and air filled balloons are fair game (as long as the balloons aren’t filled with glitter or confetti). We are also prohibiting sparkler candles as they are a fire code violation. Bringing in prohibited products will result in a steep service fee. Any decorations must be cleaned up and taken with you when you leave.
