A traditional German style lager – 6.5% ABV
A rich, smooth malt backbone paired with an earthy and floral hop character make for a most quaffable treat. Aromas of cedar and leather meld beautifully with a sweet bread dough maltiness.
Noah’s Notes: Heavy on the malt, slight on the bitterness, a fan favorite. Classic brewing style and trying to stay as traditional as possible, featuring very traditional german hops. Maybe a bit more bitter at the finish than the Larchy or the new Marzen.
